Each barrel is crafted using staves from diverse French forests, selected according to the desired aromatic and structural profile — ensuring elegance, consistency, and depth. Since 1950, the Canadell Group has played a leading role in the French oak sector. As one of the top oak purchasers via the National Forest Office, Canadell offers both diversity and regularity in sourcing. The majority of staves used in AnA barrels come from forests directly selected and managed by Canadell’s own forestry experts. Elegance begins in the forest. That’s why only wood from France’s most prestigious regions is chosen for Corksy’s Signature Oak Series.
